COVID-19 vaccination
M3MM does not require COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment, contract work, or participation in company activities. Vaccination is a personal choice. M3MM will not penalize or treat someone differently solely because they choose not to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
Definition
For this policy, “vaccination” refers to full vaccination against COVID-19, the disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
Medical privacy
M3MM will not request vaccination records unless applicable law or a client-controlled worksite requires them. Any information collected for that limited purpose will be handled as confidential medical information.
Client and site requirements
A client-controlled location may set its own lawful health requirements. When that happens, M3MM will consider practical alternatives such as remote work, remote participation, or reassignment.
Respect and non-retaliation
Personal medical decisions must be treated respectfully. Retaliation, harassment, or pressure based on vaccination status is not part of M3MM’s workplace culture.
When someone is sick
Anyone experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness should avoid in-person work and use remote-work options when practical, regardless of vaccination status.
