The problem

Aries was booking jobs from Instagram DMs and word-of-mouth. Their old site didn't show finished builds, didn't collect leads, and didn't convert the people who did land on it. Real jobs were slipping through the cracks.

What we shipped

A gallery-first site that leads with the finished work — 3D renders paired with the real photo, a Contact page that actually converts, and reviews pulled straight from Google. Sold to David after the walkthrough. Now live and generating quote requests.

The problem

Big 7 does high-end custom builds AND the small repair jobs no one wants to post about. One old site tried to cover both and did neither well. Repair leads were going to national aggregators that skim 30%.

What we shipped

A split-track marketing site: "Build with us" for the ground-up jobs, "Fix with us" for the repair funnel. Both routes share the same intake so Big 7 owns every lead. Deployed on Railway, embedded AI guide for after-hours questions.
